️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Â Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, mini-splits, IAQ systems)Â
-  Deliver a top-tier customer experience — we care about people, not just installsÂ
- Â Test systems, connections, and electrical components to ensure everything runs perfectlyÂ
- Â Troubleshoot and repair when neededÂ
- Â Work independently and as part of a tight-knit, high-performing crewÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Â 3+ years of HVAC installation experienceÂ
-  Valid driver’s licenseÂ
- Â EPA CertificationÂ
- Â Strong experience with:Â
- Â Furnaces & forced air systemsÂ
- Â Heat pumps & air handlersÂ
- Â Mini-splitsÂ
- Â Physically capable (ladders, crawl spaces, lifting 40+ lbs)Â
- Positive attitude + pride in your work (this matters here)Â
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- Â Competency cardÂ
- Â Boiler experienceÂ
- Â Familiarity with tools like Housecall Pro, Jobber, or ServiceTitanÂ
