    Immediate opening for an experienced commercial HVAC Technician! Company has been around for decades and continues to grow!

    Please note: Pay is determined on experience and licenses - Top range is paid to those with 6+ years of experience and all licenses listed below

    Commercial HVAC Technician Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience is a MUST
    • OSHA 10 is required
    • OSHA 30 is a plus
    • NH Gas Fitter License (Service Level) is required
    • Multi-state licensing is a plus
    • MA Refridgeration license is a plus
    • EPA Universal Certified
    • Valid driver's license
    • Knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, and HVAC systems
    • Able to work autonomously (self-disciplined)
    • Able to work well with others (teamwork)
    • Able to work in cold and hot environments
    • Excellent communication etiquette

    Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

    • Travel to client's location and inspect equipment, identify problems, and perform necessary repairs or routine maintenance
    • If needed, install new systems and ensure all is running smoothly
    • Follow safety standards and procedures
    • Perform repairs, overhauls, and start-up of commercial HVAC systems
    • Handle preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications
    • Control wiring and high voltage
    • Interprets blueprints
    • Work-order documentation
    • New equipment start-up and commissioning
