Inventory Control1 Responsible for conducting routine inventory counts (including cycle counts and key inventory audits) to ensure the accuracy of inventory data.2 Identify and analyze inventory variances, determine the root causes, and develop inventory adjustment and optimization plans.3 Monitor inventory change data to ensure that the Warehouse Management System (WMS) is consistent with actual inventory.4 Assist in resolving inventory-related discrepancies, such as lost, damaged, expired, or mislocated items.2. Quality Control (Quality Assurance)1 Inspect the quality of goods to ensure that all products meet the company's and customers' quality standards.2 Monitor the processing procedures for returned and damaged products, analyze quality issues, and propose improvement recommendations.3 Supervise the storage conditions of items within the warehouse to ensure compliance with warehousing quality and safety standards.3. Operations Optimization1 Participate in the optimization of warehouse operations processes to enhance inventory management efficiency and reduce error rates.2 Support the ICQA Manager in conducting data analysis and in developing and implementing inventory management strategies.3 Use data analysis tools (such as Excel and Power BI) to generate inventory and quality reports, and provide data-driven insights to management.4. Safety & Compliance1 Ensure that inventory handling operations comply with the company's safety procedures and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations.2 Participate in ICQA-related training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the team's inventory management capabilities.1 Education requirements: College degree or above in logistics management, Supply Chain Management, business administration or related major.2 Working experience: more than 1 year of inventory management or quality control experience, familiar with logistics and warehousing operation process.3Experience in management team, able to lead and motivate employees to improve performance.4 Proficient in operating WMS (Warehouse Management System).5 Strong data analysis ability, able to make reasonable optimization decisions based on data.6 Have good communication skills and be able to coordinate Outbound processes across departments.7 Language requirements: English can be used as a working language, can speak local language and Chinese is preferred.Other requirements: Can legally work in the United States to file tax returns.
