If you like owning shipments A to Z and being the go to person for your customers, this role will feel like home.What you'll be doingCoordinate full A to Z ocean import and export shipments.Manage bookings, pricing, documentation, tracking, and billing.Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable service.Work closely with clients to understand their needs and keep them updated throughout the process.Communicate with carriers and overseas agents to keep shipments on track.Prepare and review documents including BOLs, invoices, and arrival notices.Track shipments through final delivery and resolve any issues quickly.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing and timely invoicing.What you bringMinimum 2 years of hands-on ocean freight experience in a freight forwarding environment.Strong customer service skills with a genuine focus on client satisfaction.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Able to manage shipments independently from start to finish.Solid understanding of pricing, carriers, and vendor requirements.Air freight knowledge is a plus.Strong attention to detail and comfort with operational processes.Why this roleStable, well regarded forwarder.Hybrid schedule with Fridays WFH.Competitive salary of 60,000 to 65,000 USD.Inferred from the description for this jobMedical insuranceVision insurance401(k)#J-18808-Ljbffr
