Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.

• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service
