As the Inclusion & Support Services Manager, your contributions will open doors, create opportunities, and help ensure that the JCC remains an inclusive community for years to come. The positive impact of this role is significant and changes lives.The role provides agency-wide support, with a significant role in Early Childhood, After School and Camp Yachad programs. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), year-round position reporting to the Director of Inclusion and Diversity.Key Responsibilities:Direct SupportPlan, model and implement individualized accommodations for individuals with disabilities or a higher level of need across all JCC programs including:Plan and run Club Connect after school recreational programs for students with disabilities (Junior Varsity: grades 6-8; Varsity: grade 9 through age 21)Work as part of an interdepartmental team to implement accommodations for children in the Early Childhood (ages 6 months - pre-kindergarten) and After School (Kindergarten through grade 5) programsTrain Early Childhood and After School staff to implement accommodations for children with a higher level of needA role in Camp Yachad supporting the Camper Care Team before and during the camp seasonParticipate in professional development to expand knowledge in providing accommodations and supports across programsMaintain digital resource hub that staff referenceParticipate in Handle with Care trainingOther relevant tasks as neededAdministrative SupportServe as first point of contact for department inquiriesManage centralized intakesOversee caseload managementCreate and maintain accommodation forms for program participantsCoordinate and participate in department and agency-wide meetingsMaintain real time documentation within the Simple Practice platformManage centralized onboarding for independently contracted providersSupport scheduling of servicesSupport program and event set up including day‑of supportSupport department invoicingMaintain department inventoryCreate adaptive materialsRun and interpret reports within the Ages & Stages Questionnaire software platformOther relevant duties as assignedKey Benefits:Complimentary membership and program discounts for you and your familyMedical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSAs, HSA, 401(k) matchPaid time offBe a part of a warm and welcoming communityMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in special education, early intervention, child life specialist, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavior analysis, social work, or related field required; Master's degree preferredAbility to work cooperatively as a team member and accept guidance and feedbackAbility to work with a high level of independence with minimal guidanceAbility to work with individuals of all ages and abilitiesFlexible and highly effective at multi-taskingExcellent oral and written communication skillsExhibit ethical decision making and maintain confidentiality standardsExcellent computer skillsPhysical Demands:Moving throughout the facility and uneven outdoor spaces for several hours a dayComplete stationary work at a computer for several hours a daySit on the floorLift up to 30 poundsSalary:$70,000Agency Information:The JCC of Central NJ's mission is to educate, enrich and empower our community - from generation to generation.Our Vision is: In our community, with our community for our community.As a Jewish Community Center, we are grounded in Jewish values and traditions and believe in fostering inclusion, creating connections and ensuring continuity for our community.#J-18808-Ljbffr
