Licensed Industrial Electrician

Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes with over 100 years of experience and approximately 30 billion envelopes manufactured annually. We are hiring immediately for a Licensed Industrial Electrician in our Kirksville, MO plant on 1stShift. Industrial Electrician Pay/Schedule:

Pay Rate $34.86/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri/Sat required during busy season/based on business needs.

Industrial Electrician Responsibilities & Daily Duties:

• Maintain, service, troubleshoot, install and repair electrical and electronic circuitry and related components associated with production equipment.
• Utilize electrical ladder diagrams, electronic circuitry diagrams, and software programs to modify, repair, or improve equipment functionality.
• Install, maintain and repair wiring, motors, lighting and electrical systems.
• Ability to work with machine shop equipment lathe, drill press, welding, and cutting equipment
• Troubleshoot, install and repair pneumatic, hydraulic components
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Requires frequent standing, walking, carrying, bending, stooping, grasping, and reaching; manual dexterity including hand/finger coordination.
• Ability to perform a volume of mechanical detail work with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry 50 lbs, push 100lbs., pull 75 lbs.
• Exposure to noise. Must wear hearing protection and safety shoes

• Electrician license required; industry related experience
• The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Mathematical skills; must be able to read a scale and work with fractions
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the electronic diagnostics of PLCs, AC/DC drive systems, working with voltages up to 480V; etc.
• Solid troubleshooting skills; Configuration and calibration of various sensors.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed/other shifts if needed.
