Under the general supervision of the Chief electrician, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots electronic equipment. Must be able to read and interpret electronic and electrical drawings. Maintains, services, and repairs other electrical and various mechanical equipment. Works with repair crews by spotting, isolating, and disconnecting equipment to facilitate repair work. All other duties assigned by the Electrical Supervisor.
Overview: Electricians are responsible for repairing, servicing, and maintaining all electrical equipment throughout MCC operations while complying with all applicable mining regulations and/or MCC policies at all times. Basic qualifications and/or traits that the electrician must possess include:
