Description
Infusion Coordinator
The Infusion Coordinator exists to ensure our members with infusion needs feel fully supported, guided, and confident throughout their care journey.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the dedicated advocate for members navigating infusion services
- Coordinate care across by locating applicable patient assistance programs, charity care, and alternative funding options
- Be responsible for securing eligibility, coordinating care, and reducing out-of-pocket costs for members
- Ensure a seamless, supported experience for members and their families throughout the entire treatment process

- Strong collaboration with clinical teams and internal partners
- Timely communication and follow-through on care plans
What We're Looking For
- 2–3+ years of case management, customer service, or related experience (Required)
- 2–3+ years of oncology or infusion coordination experience, or related experience (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Electronic Medical Record systems (Preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care (Required)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (Required)
