Creative Strategy Lead

We are in search of an innovative, imaginative, and forward-thinking Creative Strategy Lead with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) background and demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing. This position plays a crucial role in connecting veterinary and marketing creativity by devising and implementing strategies for cutting-edge concepts and technologies within the animal health domain. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with innovation and commercial teams to spot market trends, voids, and prospects for creative development.
• Utilize veterinary knowledge to evaluate the clinical significance and value proposition of novel products or services.
• Perform competitive analysis and market studies to bolster pipeline growth and innovative blueprints.
• Engage with visual designers in crafting marketing materials.

Marketing Planning and Implementation

• Devise and execute marketing tactics for new products targeting both vets and pet owners.
• Create engaging narratives and messaging that blend scientific authority with client-oriented advantages.
• Contribute to campaign strategizing, encompassing digital marketing, trade shows, content promotion, and product debuts.

Client Interaction and Training

• Act as the face of the brand at gatherings and functions, blending clinical authority with brand representation.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintains effective communication with other departments within the establishment
• Handles additional duties as assigned
• Must maintain regular attendance

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree advantageous

Prior experience of 10+ years in animal health marketing preferred.

Vet Tech, Animal Science degree, MBA, or marketing degree necessary.

Familiarity with principles of current Good Manufacturing practices (cGMPs).

Must possess exceptional writing, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, adept at working autonomously and collaboratively within internal and external groups.

Must be proficient in computer applications like word processing, spreadsheets, and/or databases.

Thorough comprehension of veterinary practice workflows, hurdles, and client interaction.

Demonstrated ability to conceive and enact marketing strategies, preferably with prior product introduction feats.
