This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, organized, and involved in multiple areas of the business.ResponsibilitiesInstallation SupportAssist with residential solar installations on homes and residential projectsInstall racking systems, solar modules, conduit, and related equipmentSupport rough and finish electrical work under field leadershipFollow all PPE, ladder safety, and fall protection requirementsMaintain quality workmanship and professional conduct on job sitesWarehouse & Operations SupportReceive, organize, stage, and track solar materials and equipmentAssist with inventory management and warehouse organizationCoordinate deliveries and prepare materials for upcoming projectsUtilize Excel, inventory systems, and CRM software for tracking and operational supportMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentQualifications1+ years of experience in solar, warehouse, construction, or related field preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsComfortable using computers, Excel, and inventory systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamForklift certification preferred but not requiredValid driver's license with acceptable MVR requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to frequently lift and carry 50–75 lbs.Ability to work on rooftops, ladders, and active construction sitesAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsBenefits401(k) with company matchMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceCompany-paid Life InsurancePaid Holidays & PTOCell Phone Stipend#J-18808-Ljbffr
