Service Technician Lead - Radio (Electronics/Avionics)
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements; therefore, a "U.S. Person," as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15, is required. Position Summary
The Lead Service Technician is a hands-on working lead responsible for coordinating daily Service Technician activities to support safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. This position provides technical direction, assigns and prioritizes work, removes workflow barriers, mentors technicians, and supports compliance with FAA Part 145 Repair Station requirements. The Lead performs technical work while promoting continuous improvement using Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Lean principles.
