(Internal) TEAMS Math/Science Teacher(s)

Grade 6-12 Contract Days: 189

Must hold a valid Alabama Professional Educator Certificate or Alternate Certificate in Middle Level Math or Science OR Secondary Level Math, Science, or Computer Science. Teach [Full-Time] approved math and/or science courses in grades 6-12 with the appropriate certificate endorsements. Hold a valid advanced certification or credential; or agree to make adequate progress toward obtaining an advanced credential based on applicable timelines. Meet all requirements established by the Teacher Excellence and Accountability for Mathematics and Science (TEAMS) Salary Schedule Program (Act #2021-340) including maintaining adequate progress towards an advanced credential (if not already held) and relinquishment of continuing service status. Must pass ABI/FBI background check.

This position is temporary for the 2025-2026 school year.
