YOUR MISSION As an Inventory Clerk at True Anomaly, you will be a key contributor to executing our Supply Chain strategy. This role will support the team in planning of procurement, inspection, and production tasks for goods and services necessary to deliver flight hardware to orbit. This role will also support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of production and material related processes and act as an advocate across the business. This role will require someone who wants to dig in, design the processes, and own material and service requirements through delivery. We are looking for a reliable problem solver, someone who candemonstratethe ability toidentifyissues and develop scalable solutions.RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately pick aerospace parts and components from inventory locations based on sales order specifications and pick listsVerify part numbers, quantities, and descriptions against order requirements to prevent errorsUtilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems to track inventory and order statusOperate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts - if applicable, specify training requirements) safely and efficiently to retrieve and move materialsConduct visual inspections of components for damage or defects during the picking process and report any discrepanciesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the picking area.Collaborate with the packaging and shipping teams to ensure a smooth workflow andtimelyorder fulfillmentAdhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and aerospace industry regulationsAssist with inventory counts and cycle counting as neededMayassistwith other shipping department duties, such as packing or labeling, whenrequiredQUALIFICATIONS Requires HS diploma (or equivalent,e.g.G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical educationExperience in the aerospace or similar highly regulated manufacturing industry is a significant plusStrong attention to detail and accuracy is essentialAbility to read and interpret sales orders, part numbers, and product specificationsBasic computerproficiency, including experience with WMS, ERP systems, or inventory management softwareAbility to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periodsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsStrong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing or warehouse settingPreviousexperience with aerospace components or high-value, sensitive materialsCOMPENSATION Base Salary: $20- $26 per hourEquity + Benefits: including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental LeaveADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Work Location: Successful candidates will be located near Long Beach, CA.
