Learn more at www.recom.co.About the RoleAs an Inventory Control Manager, you will lead inventory accuracy across our fulfillment and systemic operations. You'll partner closely with Operations, Warehousing, Procurement, and Finance teams to maintain accurate inventory levels, in which physical and systematical levels need to correlate. You will ensure inventory is accurately tracked, properly reported, and positioned to support continued growth.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, leveraging data to drive decisions, and building scalable processes in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn inventory accuracy across warehouses, fulfillment centers, and inventory systemsLead cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and root cause analysis for inventory discrepanciesDevelop and improve inventory control processes that support operational scale and efficiencyDocument all movement of inventory (shipping, receiving, location transfers, etc.)Build reporting and performance metrics that provide visibility into inventory accuracyCollaborate cross-functionally to support warehouse operations, procurement, and fulfillment initiativesMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related fieldExperience managing inventory within a warehouse management system (WMS), ERP, NetSuite or similar platformExperience leading inventory audits, cycle counts, and process improvement initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively across teams and organizational levelsPreferred QualificationsExperience in ecommerce, Amazon, retail, or high-volume fulfillment environmentsExperience managing inventory across multiple locations or distribution centersKnowledge of warehouse operations, distribution and systems to supportExperience using data and reporting tools to drive operational decisionsLean, Six Sigma, CPIM, CSCP, or related certifications.Why RecomAt Recom, you'll have the opportunity to influence operations on a significant scale, solve meaningful challenges, and help shape the future of ecommerce for some of the world's most recognized brands.
