    Description

    Location: METROHEALTH MEDICAL CENTERBiweekly Hours: 80.00Shift: 7am-3:30pm alternating weekends and holidaysSummaryMaintains the efficient and effective operation of the inventory storeroom for assigned area(s). Initiates and monitors the flow of operational supplies and services. Serves as a liaison to technologists, nursing personnel, internal departments, and sales representatives. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.QualificationsRequired:HS Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.2 years of experience in inventory control, storeroom activities, or clinical services.Knowledge of clinical equipment and supplies.Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks with a high degree of accuracy.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently.Demonstrated skills in customer service.Demonstrated PC proficiency.Demonstrates sound judgment, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to problem solve.Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.Preferred:Experience with the Lawson Inventory System, or other inventory system(s).Experience with processing special/rush orders.Knowledge of medical terminology.Ability to type at least 30 wpm.Physical RequirementsMay sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day.May need to sit or stand for extended periods.See in the normal visual range with or without correction.Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.May need to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications.Ability to see computer monitor and departmental documents.#J-18808-Ljbffr
