Overview Inventory Counter / Auditor position in Winston Salem, NC. Phyle Inventory Control Specialists (PICS) is hiring inventory auditors to count retail merchandise in the Winston Salem area. This role offers potential for career advancement within the company.Responsibilities Count inventory for retail merchandise at assigned sites in the Winston Salem area.Travel to different destinations as scheduled with the team.Support accurate inventory data and operate in a professional, customer-friendly manner.Position Requirements Be available to work first and/or third shifts. Shifts typically last 5 to 7 hours.Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites within a 30 mile radius of the district office.Each inventory is in a different city and will require travel to various destinations when scheduled.10-key data entry experience is a plus, but not required.Requires stepping up on step stools, reaching and stooping to count merchandise from top shelves to bottom shelves.Must be 18 years of age or older.Offer of employment contingent on an approved Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and the ability to drive and operate a company vehicle.We Offer Paid training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement for productive team members. Many managers began their careers as inventory auditors.Paid transportation to inventory sites outside of a 30 mile radius of your designated district office.Starting pay is $14.00+ per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities. Raises are based on productivity. Higher pay for employees with additional responsibilities (Driver, pharmacy counter, etc.).
