It is the cornerstone for all that we do here at Wyld.Make a MarkWe Blaze Our Own TrailBrand FirstWe Mean BusinessThe Inventory Lead is responsible for accurate documentation and tracking of all product inventory state-mandated inventory tracking systems (METRC, or the state equivalent) as well as all internal tracking systems. In addition, the Inventory Lead manages inventory before and after packaging, testing and sales fulfillment. They will facilitate and assist with all sale transactions including being a point of contact for our company sales representatives. Responsible for training and coaching Inventory Specialists in collaboration with Supervisors and Managers. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in inventory control based on company standards and state regulations:Document and enter all inventory from production kitchen into METRC, or other state-specific inventory tracking systemClearly label all inventoryPerform daily audits of physical inventoryCollaborate with Inventory Supervisor or Manager on inventory levels and packaging planningLog all transfers from inventory items into finished packaged sellable unitsFulfill orders, complete manifest documentation, facilitate the intake and outtake of product with sales representativesReceive inventory; clearly labeling and documenting and entering all inventory from production kitchen into cannabis tracking systemsReceive, stage, and coordinate the flow of raw materials throughout the facility.Document and enter all inventory from production kitchen into METRC and other tracking systemsMaintain a clean and organized inventory vault and ensure a safe working environmentBatch Testing Scheduling testing pickupsReceiving test results and uploading to production serverEffectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the companyReport any product or production equipment that appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory in any way to supervisorsCommunicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of productParticipate in training Inventory employees and assist with planning, assigning, and directing workAddressing complaints and resolving problemsOther duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
