Our manufacturing success depends on having the right materials in the right place at the right time.Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 5:30 AM-4:00 PM & Monday-Thursday from 4:30 PM-3:00 AMShift: 1st and 2ndOvertime: Required as business needsWhat You'll Do -You will support daily production operations by receiving, storing, moving, and delivering materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and following safety and quality standards.Inventory Control & Material HandlingMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure production areas are supplied with required materialsVerify incoming material shipments for accuracy and completenessInspect materials, identify defects, and report quality concernsReceive, label, and store materials in designated sector locationsConduct routine cycle counts and physical inventories for assigned materialsAccurately document all material movements and shipments to production areasMaterial Flow & Production SupportFollow daily picking instructions and deliver materials to designated production areasManually place materials in specified locations and return unused materials to stockTransfer materials between warehouses and storage locations as neededLoad and unload materials from trailers and trucksCoordinate material availability to support uninterrupted production flowEquipment & Systems OperationOperate tools and equipment essential to the job, including but not limited to:Forklifts (sit‑down and stand‑up)Hand jacksCranes and lifting devicesScales, loading docks, and data collection equipmentComputers, calculators, radios, and copy machinesPerform daily equipment safety and maintenance checks, including fluid level inspectionsComplete required equipment checklists accurately and on timeUse computer systems to access information and process paperwork efficientlySafety, Quality & TeamworkPerform all tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, and accurate manner in accordance with company policiesEnsure the safety of others working near moving vehicles and material handling equipmentContribute to a positive team environment focused on producing a quality productMaintain dependable attendance and work scheduled hours as assignedSupport mandatory overtime as requiredFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety rulesCommunicate effectively and work collaboratively with team membersPerform other duties as assigned to support operational needsWhat You Bring -Education & CertificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (based on education and work experience)Forklift and crane certification (or ability to obtain)Valid driver's licenseKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and measuringAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environmentComfort using computers and digital systems to access information and complete documentationAbility to safely operate material handling equipmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsCore CompetenciesCommunication: Ability to effectively share information with production and material control teamsAnalyzing & Problem Solving: Apply logical thinking to resolve material and inventory issuesAdaptability: Ability to adjust to changing priorities, schedules, and production needsTraining & DevelopmentJob‑specific and safety trainingEquipment certifications, including forklift and overhead crane trainingWork Environment & Physical ExpectationsThis position requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation .
