As our Inventory Specialist, you'll be the guardian of our materials – ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time to support our craftspeople on the production floor.What You'll Do Every DayYour Core Responsibilities:Be the keeper of our materials – monitor and maintain inventory levels for both raw materials and finished parts in our well‑organized stockroomEnsure quality and accuracy – conduct regular stock checks to verify that everything is accounted for and in perfect conditionSupport our shipping team – prepare finished goods and materials for our shipping specialistsManage specialized materials – maintain CSM materials in their designated areas with care and precisionEnable production success – kit materials for production jobs, ensuring our manufacturing team has what they need when they need itChampion safety – follow our comprehensive safety policies and procedures to keep yourself and your teammates safeBe a reliable team member – consistent attendance is essential as your colleagues depend on youGrow with us – take on additional projects and responsibilities as opportunities ariseWhat We're Looking ForEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (we love candidates who understand the rhythm of production!)Permanent right to work in the U.S. for any employer with no current or future visa processingSkills That Will Help You SucceedCommunication skills – you can read and interpret technical documents, write clear reports, and communicate effectively with team members across departmentsMath confidence – comfortable with calculations involving discounts, percentages, and basic geometry conceptsProblem‑solving mindset – ability to think through challenges and follow both written and verbal instructionsTech‑savvy basics – experience with spreadsheet software, inventory systems, and our E2 software (or willingness to learn!)Personal Qualities We ValuePositive attitude – you bring good energy to the teamMultitasking abilities – you can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracyReliability – punctuality and consistent attendance matter to us and your teammatesGrowth mindset – willingness to develop NEDC inventory expertise over your first yearCertifications You'll NeedFork‑Truck and Scissor‑Lift certification (we'll provide training!)Commitment to upholding our ISO9001/AS9100 certification standardsWhat Your Day Looks LikePhysical Environment: This is an active role where you'll spend most of your day on your feet, moving around our organized facility.
