We're passionate about creating an inspiring shopping experience that brings our customers' home decor dreams to life.Position Overview This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining efficient inventory systems across our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with warehouse staff to support operational efficiency, embrace emerging warehouse technology — including drone-assisted inventory tools — and help meet our organizational goals.Key Responsibilities Operate drone technology to conduct aerial inventory scans, identify stock locations, and support large-scale cycle counts and physical inventoriesPerform regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepanciesUpdate and maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP softwareIdentify and report inventory variances; investigate and resolve discrepanciesProcess inventory transactions including receiving, returns, transfers, and adjustmentsConduct regular cycle counts and assist in year-end physical inventoriesCollaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure accurate order fulfillmentAssist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentRequirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is a plusProven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain managementDemonstrated ability to operate drone technology, including flight planning, safety protocols, and data capture for inventory purposesFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory trackingExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lift and move heavy items as requiredBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelPreferred Skills Experience using drone software platforms for inventory management (e.g., Gather AI, Corvus One, or similar)Forklift certification or experience operating other warehouse equipmentExperience with barcode scanners or RFID technologyKnowledge of inventory best practices and supply chain principlesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWorking Conditions Work is performed in a warehouse environment with moderate to heavy physical activityOccasional overtime may be required depending on inventory demandsExposure to warehouse machinery, equipment, and drone operationsBenefits We take care of our team.
