Our spacecraft enable the future of society: ranging from earth observation to communications and more.We'd love for you to join us on our mission of providing humankind access to the galaxy beyond our planet.About The Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-driven 2nd Shift Inventory Specialist to support our Production facility. This role is part of the Supply Chain team, which ensures materials are received, stored, and delivered to manufacturing on time. You will be responsible for accurate material handling, kitting, and inventory control to maintain manufacturing readiness.Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store inbound materials, parts, hardware, and assembliesVerify incoming material against documentation (damage, part numbers, quantity, lot/serial numbers, revisions)Store materials in designated locations using bins, drawers, racks, and lineside placementsPick and kit parts for production, ensuring all components are complete and accounted forMove materials to production lines as neededMaintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system, including location and quantityPerform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiativesMonitor shelf‑life and manage proper stock rotationMaintain strict material handling and traceability practicesKeep the work area organized and compliant with safety and 5S standardsSupport team and site inventory metrics and goalsRequirements U.S. Person (required to access export‑controlled information)5+ years of inventory control or warehouse experienceExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)Strong computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeSolid understanding of inventory, kitting, and material flow processesExperience operating forklifts and material‑handling equipmentBackground in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing is preferredAdditional Requirements Shift: 2nd Shift Monday‑Thursday: 2pm – 10:30pmFriday: 11am – 7:30pmAbility to lift up to 50 lbs unassistedAbility to stand, bend, climb, pull, push, grasp, and carry materials as part of daily workAbility to work in an open‑air environment without temperature controlsWillingness to work overtime or weekends based on production needsWhy Join Apex?
