In this key role, you'll oversee inventory operations and help keep our business running smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have a passion for organization and leadership, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily inventory control operations and warehouse activitiesReceive daily UPS/FedEx shipments, unpackaged, cross‑reference POs, update inventory, and create/print barcode labelsMonitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and perform regular physical inventory auditsMaintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systemsIdentify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely mannerCoordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure product availabilityGenerate inventory reports and present findings to managementHandle Return Authorizations and create shipping labels for products to distributorsOrganize & help technicians keep proper inventory on vansRequirements:2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chainPrior supervisory or team lead experience preferredProficiency with inventory management softwareStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors & small warehouse environmentHigh school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plusAbout Us:Coastal Protection Inc has been a trusted name in the Santa Rosa Beach, FL area, delivering reliable protection solutions to our valued customers.
