- Key part of the HR team that provides the full range of HR Business Partner/HR Generalist support to one of the company's mines

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of HR experience
- Experience working in a mining, manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment
- Strong Employee Relations and Conflict Resolutions skills
- Great energy and an eagerness to advance
