Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay: $28-$33/hr

About the job:

The Accountant manages full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable while supporting monthly close, reconciliations, and general accounting functions.

We're looking for someone who:

? Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

? Has 2-3 years of accounting experience focused on AP/AR

? Understands accounting principles and demonstrates strong analytical skills

? Works well independently and collaboratively

? Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy

? Communicates clearly in both written and verbal formats

? Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

? (Preferred) Has ERP system experience

What you'll do:

? Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, monitoring payments/credits, and following up on outstanding balances

? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer payment issues

? Assist the Controller with monthly close and preparation of financial statements

? Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy

? Monitor spending against budget

? Support tax filings and audits

? Perform cost accounting and other accounting duties as needed
