Evening Breader Team Member (Back of House)

Chick-fil-A Holland is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Team Members to join our Evening Back of House breading team. As an Evening Breader Team Member, you'll play a critical role in preparing our signature hand-breaded chicken while helping the kitchen stay organized, stocked, and ready for continued success throughout the evening. Your work directly impacts food quality, speed of service, and the overall guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and hand-bread chicken according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain breading tables and kitchen prep stations
• Ensure proper product rotation and freshness
• Assist with additional kitchen prep and evening closing responsibilities as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Help prepare the kitchen for a successful opening the following day
• Work as part of a fast-paced, high-performing kitchen environment

Shift Availability

Evening Shift Availability: Approximately 2:00 PM – Close (closing times vary by business needs)

Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No experience required (kitchen experience is a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
