Position Overview
We are seeking an Account Executive to support wholesale and retail sales operations within the headwear industry. This role focuses on managing existing customer accounts, coordinating with buyers and factories, and supporting product development and production for both blank and custom headwear programs.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with headwear production experience who are looking to grow into a senior sales or account management role.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely communicationand client satisfaction
- Communicate with buyers and factories regarding headwear development andproduction issues
- Coordinate and track PROTO, SMS, and PPS samples
- Issue and manage purchase orders and sales orders
- Prepare and update weekly WIP (Work-In-Progress) reports
- Manage LDP & FOB costing for headwear programs
- Attend buyer meetings and trade shows as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in headwear, apparel, or accessories coordination and/orimport production preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator knowledge is a plus
- Bilingual in Korean required
