Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>

• Lead end -to -end execution of a new mobile app launch and post -launch optimization<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Define success metrics, project plans, milestones, and timelines<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Manage cross -functional teams (analytics, technical, marketing) to meet program goals<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Drive loyalty and growth strategies focused on customer experience, retention, and acquisition<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Analyze app performance and customer data to recommend improvements<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Manage program roadmap, backlog, and prioritization of new features<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Serve as the main point of contact for program status updates and stakeholder communication<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with U.S. teams and overseas development partners to align business and technical requirements<\/span>

  Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Bachelor’s degree required<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • 8+ years of experience<\/span><\/b> in digital program management or loyalty/digital initiatives<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience in retail, QSR, or franchise brands strongly preferred<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong project and people management experience<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms, infrastructure, and data systems<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and languages (SQL required; Python/R/SAS a plus)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Bilingual in Korean and English required<\/span><\/b>
