(Korean Bilingual) SCM Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a SCM Associate to support purchasing, warehouse operations, and inventory control. This role handles order processing, logistics coordination, inventory tracking, and administrative support for warehouse operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and purchase orders (POs) in the system
  
• Prepare picking lists and coordinate with warehouse staff
  
• Verify vendor invoices against quantities and pricing
  
• Support receiving, shipping, and daily inventory tracking
  
• Manage shipment scheduling and delivery coordination
  
• Maintain accurate records of inbound/outbound inventory
  
• Identify and report inventory issues (shortage, overage, aging)
  
• Participate in monthly physical inventory counts
  
• Support warehouse supervisors and part-time staff as needed
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  
• 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or SCM experience (food industry preferred)
  
• Bilingual in English and Korean required
  
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  
• Detail-oriented, team-player, able to work in fast-paced environments
  
• Comfortable working in freezer environments
  
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook
