Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SCM Supervisor to support logistics, order processing, and inventory operations within the Central SCM team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and smooth coordination between stores, warehouse, and logistics partners.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product deliveries and shipment schedules with stores and logistics partners
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and maintain accurate records
- Process store orders and purchase orders (POs) in the system
- Verify vendor invoices against POs, quantities, and pricing
- Support receiving and shipping verification (items and quantities)
- Monitor daily inventory levels and report shortages, overages, or aging items
- Participate in monthly physical inventory counts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or SCM (food industry preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and team-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in freezer environments
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and basic computer systems
