Land Surveyor-Project Manager

General Responsibilities

• Participate in business development activities to build and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Prepare a wide range of land surveys, including ALTA, Boundary, Topographic, Condominium, Route, and Residential surveys.
• Manage survey projects from initial setup through completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Prepare project bids and proposals, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
• Oversee client communications and maintain strong working relationships throughout each project.
• Monitor project budgets and collections, ensuring financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors to support drafting, design, and project preparation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of land surveying experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with experience in construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
• Experience working on tollway, highway, or roadway projects preferred.
