Position Overview
We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscaping Laborer to join our crew. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that plays a key role in helping us deliver top-tier service to our clients. The ideal candidate is reliable, coachable, and able to work in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with installation of landscaping and hardscaping projects (mulch, plants, sod, gravel, etc.)
Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other basic landscaping equipment
Perform general site clean-up and assist in material handling
Follow instructions from the Foreman
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Help load and unload tools and materials daily
Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
Valid driver's license preferred but not required
Prior landscaping or construction experience a plus, but not required
Pay & Benefits
Starting at $16-$19/hour
