Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a passion for outdoor work, and the ability to operate various landscaping equipment. As a Lawn Care Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lawn care services that enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties.

Duties

Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to ensure a well-groomed appearance.

Perform other various duties such as grounds cleanups, aeration, fertilizer application, etc.

Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently, including mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscaping machinery.

Provide snow plowing services during winter months to maintain accessibility for clients.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and equipment after use.

Experience

Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is required with a minimum of 2 years.

Familiarity with operating power tools is a must.

Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues on-site.

A strong understanding of lawn care practices will be beneficial in delivering quality service.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when working independently.

Irrigation knowledge is also a plus.

A clean MVR is required.
