EnSec Lawn Care Laborer

We are a local, family-owned company providing service to the greater Pensacola area. We are looking to hire a professional lawn care laborer to service our customers. We are looking for a hard working, dependable individuals to join our team. This position offersthe satisfaction of delivering great customer service without being tied to a desk. For the right candidate we do include a fully paid comprehensive training program. Qualified candidates must be organized; have good communication and computer skills; excellent observation and documentation skills; and be able to work cooperatively with customers and at all internal levels including top management.

Your work will include:

• Applying dry applications to lawns using a spreader or top dresser and operating an aeration machine
• Applying liquid applications to lawns using pressurized pumping systems
• Visually inspecting property
• Building and maintaining good customer relations
• Participation in group meetings
• Completion of independent and group on-going training and willingness to work flexible hours
• Being an interactive member in a teamwork environment
• Be responsible for the day to day operation of a lawn expanded route

We require technicians to:

• Be physically fit and comfortable treating 15 -20 stops per day in an outdoor setting
• Able to lift fifty pounds
• Possess a valid driving record that meets company standards
• Show a stable work history
• Work independently and in teams
• Satisfactorily complete initial technical training, State Licensing requirements
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle report, and criminal background check
• Successfully pass initial safety training modules and operate in a safe manner
