Description

As a Lead Global Integrated Planner, you'll play a key role in shaping how our global supply chain performs. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence end-to-end planning, optimize reverse logistics, and drive smarter, data-informed decisions across the business. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners, work with complex data sets, and help improve how we plan, forecast, and operate at scale.If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with data, and driving meaningful operational improvements, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact!What You'll Do Lead reverse logistics strategy, including returns, refurbishment, and redistribution planningDrive end-to-end planning across demand, supply, inventory, and NPIApply predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy and inventory positioningAnalyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsDevelop and maintain performance reporting and dashboardsEvaluate impacts of promotions, warranty, and market changes on demandImplement demand and supply realignment processesPartner with cross‑functional teams including commercial, finance, and manufacturingInfluence strategic decisions to improve service levels and cost efficiencyCommunicate insights and recommendations to collaboratorsSupport IBP processes and planning initiativesWhat We're Looking For Required:5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, or related supply chain functionsStrong expertise in forecasting, predictive analytics, and large‑scale data managementProven ability to work independently and navigate complex, ambiguous environmentsA Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAdvanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsProficiency in Excel and PowerPointPreferred:Experience with reverse logistics and global supply chain operationsFamiliarity with SQL or relational databasesAPICS, CPIM, Lean, or similar certificationsExperience influencing cross‑functional collaborators and driving critical initiativesBackground in an innovation‑focused or manufacturing environmentPay Range $73,500 - $136,500 per yearTravel Expectations NoneBenefits Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.Robust benefits packageGlobal career opportunitiesAdditional Information At this time, we are unable to sponsor work visas for this position.
