Lien Negotiator Position
A distinguished personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills, CA, is searching for a lien negotiator to help support a legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely follow up and collection efforts as well as reviewing accounts to determine the merit of collection efforts. The office has a great working environment and is an excellent opportunity as you will be working with serious cases with an excellent group of experienced lawyers in a family-like work environment. This is a high energy, positive, productive, busy work atmosphere.
Salary range is $27-$35 depending on experience.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Paralegal certificate a plus
- Experience with collections a plus
- Previous experience with Personal Injury Claims preferred
- Knowledge of settlement practices and collections procedures
- Basic office skills and computer literacy required
- Must be able to type 30 wpm
- Spanish preferred
