QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Experience with high quality, high volume kitchens
Ability to lift 60 lbs., and stand for long periods of time
Able to practice safe handling skills with food equipment.
Maintain high sanitation standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
