Cook - St. Andrew's Episcopal School (Zest Culinary Services)

Zest Culinary Services (formerly MMI Dining Systems) is seeking a high-volume Cook for our St. Andrew's Episcopal School account. In this role, you will be responsible for a retail dining location, ensuring that high-quality, great-tasting food is consistently served to students, faculty, and staff.

We're looking for someone who understands that serving good food isn't just a goal-it's the standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality food in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Deliver excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff
• Support daily operations of the retail dining location

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive attitude with a hospitality-focused mindset
• Reliable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented approach

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Must be available for morning and afternoon shifts
• No evenings or weekends required
• Must be open to work at either the Jackson or Ridgeland location
