Six String Grill and Stage is a 23,000 square foot restaurant, bar, and entertainment destination which has seen national acts grace its stage including Garth Brooks, Bret Michaels, LOCASH, and Jimmie Allen.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements: - 2+ years of proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation procedures - Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
