Position Title: Litter Picker (Temporary)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary
Job Summary

We are seekingdependable and hardworking individuals to fill a temporary Litter Picker position. The Litter Picker will ride along with a trash collection crew and assist with keeping routes clean by picking up litter and debris around collection areas. This is a physically active outdoor position that requires working in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities

• Ride along on a trash collection truck throughout assigned routes.
• Pick up litter, debris, and loose trash surrounding collection areas.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and the community.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work effectively with the trash collection crew to complete daily routes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, lift, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous labor or sanitation experience is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions.

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Temporary assignment
