Position: Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Freeport, NY

Salary: $23-27 per hour, depending on experience, flexibility for the right candidate + benefits

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily LTL and dedicated truck shipments using logistics platforms, carrier portals, and email.
- Oversee inbound/outbound workflows and ensure 100% accuracy of BOLs and shipping documents.
- Liaison with carriers, brokers, and production teams to secure rates and ensure on-time pick-ups.
- Book, track, and log shipments in the computer system; provide updates to customers and managers.
- Document and file freight claims for damaged, lost, or delayed shipments.
- Proven background in logistics/warehouse office roles, specifically with LTL freight scheduling and routing.
- Comfortable working in an office located directly inside an active, fast-paced industrial warehouse.
- Strong verbal/written skills for daily contact with drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and clients.
- Proficient with computers, logistics software, carrier portals, and MS Office (Excel/Outlook).
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $27.00
