Just Play is seeking a Logistics Clerk team member. The role is responsible for managing various tasks related to the organization, movement, and tracking of goods within the warehouse. This includes inventory management, order processing, data entry and documentation, communication and collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

To ensure success as a Logistics Clerk, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse setting, data entry and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Principal responsibilities include:

• Handling routing for big box retailers
• Printing labels and providing order instructions to warehouse floor
• Working with third-party warehouse team to ship POs effectively and accurately.
• Communication and scheduling with carriers
• Inventory control in WMS
• Repack goods as needed, specifically customer samples.
• Potential need to work overtime in peak season
• Other job duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Works well in a team environment and has leadership qualities.
• Knowledge of vendor compliance rules
• Strong communication skills within Microsoft Teams and Outlook email
• Knowledge or experience with WMS systems
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Strong Excel skills
• EDI experience a plus
