Description
Logistics Coordinator
The Logistics Coordinator manages comprehensive logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping documents and inventory management for the company.
Responsibility Areas:
Manages international shipping documentation, communicates with supplier brokers, and provides weekly document status reporting to the SCM team.
Reviews Domestic Mill Production Reports/documentation, communicates with suppliers, and reports production status to the SCM team.
Manages Inventory entries, receiving, and bill processing to internal systems.
Conducts Inventory Reconciliation across multiple warehouse sites, identifies internal discrepancies, and ensures accurate financial reporting.
Coordinates quality-control inspections for damaged products, prepares repair orders, and manages communication with repair vendors.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with coursework in Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency in ERP systems, QuickBooks, and Microsoft/Google Suite.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean to effectively communicate with vendors and partners.
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Understanding of import procedures and logistics processes.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, time management, and a proactive mindset.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years of Supply Chain or Logistics operation work experience.
Steel/metals industry experience.
Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n)
Work Hours:
Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
