You will play a key role in ensuring seamless inbound and outbound processes, maintaining accurate inventory visibility, and partnering closely with 3PLs and logistics providers to drive operational efficiency. As part of a growing team, this position may also take on additional supply chain responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLogistics & TransportationCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including both domestic and international transportationPartner with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth operationsMonitor shipment timelines (ETD/ETA) and proactively address delays or issuesSchedule delivery appointments and support timely warehouse receivingWarehouse & Inventory ManagementOversee 3PL warehouse operations and maintain inventory accuracyTrack inventory levels, including in-transit and on-hand stockInvestigate and resolve discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or missing itemsMaintain accurate inventory records and reportingFulfillment & DistributionSupport order fulfillment for both retail and B2B customersEnsure timely delivery of raw materials to production facilitiesReview shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, ASNs) for accuracyCost Control & ReportingReview and validate logistics-related invoices (freight, warehousing, accessorial charges)Monitor key performance metrics such as on-time delivery and cost efficiencyIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Procurement, Planning, Sales, and Finance teamsSupport ongoing operational needs and ad hoc supply chain initiativesCommunicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partnersQualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with transportation management and 3PL coordinationStrong Excel skills for data tracking and analysisExperience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred 2-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory operationsExperience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, or 3PL warehousesBackground in CPG, food & beverage, or high-volume distribution environmentsFamiliarity with EDI transactions (e.g., 940/945, ASN)Core CompetenciesStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesSelf-driven with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentAnalytical and data-driven approachBenefitsMedical,, dental, vision, PTO, SickDisclaimer: The compensation and benefits information in this posting represent a good faith and reasonable estimate of what it might pay for this position.
