Description

Logistics & Supply Chain CoordinatorThe Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of products between FLOS USA and FLOS manufacturing facilities in Europe. This role ensures efficient procurement, transportation, inventory availability, and communication across the supply chain to support business operations and customer commitments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all intercompany purchase orders between FLOS USA and FLOS subsidiaries in Europe through SAP and internal communication channels.Coordinate international inbound logistics, including air freight, ocean freight, and container shipments.Obtain, evaluate, and manage freight quotations from logistics providers and carriers.Coordinate shipment pickups and transportation schedules to ensure timely deliveries.Manage and prioritize expedited shipment requests while coordinating with manufacturing and logistics partners.Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation or supply chain issues.Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate safety stock to support customer demand and operational continuity.Support inventory planning, cycle counts, and the annual physical inventory process.Ensure accurate SAP transactions and documentation related to purchasing, logistics, and inventory movements.Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, and European manufacturing teams to ensure a seamless supply chain.Identify and implement continuous improvements in logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.QualificationsExperience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management.Proficiency with SAP or a comparable ERP system.Knowledge of international shipping, freight forwarding, and import logistics.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) plan with company matchingPaid Time Off#J-18808-Ljbffr
