The team is comprised of some of the leading technical minds in personal care with over 50 years of combined experience in the industry.We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Logistics & Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to manage shipping documentation, carrier coordination, freight scheduling, shipment tracking, and the organization of warehouse inventory.This is not a traditional picker/packer or basic warehouse stockroom role . The ideal candidate understands logistics paperwork, freight coordination, inventory systems, and warehouse organization. This person should know exactly what is in the warehouse, where it is stored, how it is labeled, and how materials should move through the facility.Key ResponsibilitiesShipping Documentation & Freight CoordinationPrepare accurate shipping documents, including packing lists, Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, labels, and other required shipment paperworkGenerate shipping labels, invoices, and shipment records using company software and carrier platformsCoordinate outbound freight and parcel shipments with logistics carriersCall and follow up with freight carriers, parcel carriers, vendors, and internal teams to confirm pickups, delivery timing, and shipment requirementsTrack shipments and proactively resolve delays, missing information, pickup issues, or documentation problemsWarehouse Inventory OwnershipOwn the organization, labeling, and storage logic of the warehouseKnow warehouse inventory in detail, including what materials are on hand, where they are stored, and how they are categorizedMaintain accurate inventory records using ERP, inventory, and shipping systemsVerify inbound and outbound materials against purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, and shipment documentsEnsure materials are stored clearly, logically, and safely so they can be found, counted, and shipped efficientlyAssist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation of discrepanciesCarrier, Vendor & Internal CommunicationCommunicate proactively with carriers and vendors to resolve shipment and logistics issuesWork with internal teams to meet shipping deadlines and ensure documentation is completeEscalate problems quickly and take initiative to get issues resolvedFollow up aggressively when shipments are delayed, unclear, or missing required documentationGeneral Operational SupportSupport labeling, staging, receiving, and shipment preparation as neededMaintain clean, organized shipping and inventory areasAssist with other shipping, receiving, logistics, and inventory-related tasks as requiredRequirements2–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, freight coordination, inventory control, or warehouse operationsExperience with freight shipments is strongly preferredExperience with small parcel shipping platforms, Bills of Lading, packing lists, and shipment documentationStrong computer skills and comfort learning ERP, inventory, and shipping systemsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to create and maintain logical warehouse storage systemsComfortable communicating with carriers, vendors, and internal teamsSelf-starter who takes initiative and follows through without waiting for constant instructionComfortable calling carriers, asking questions, and pushing to resolve shipment issuesHigh school diploma, GED, or associate degree requiredImportant Fit NoteThis role is best suited for someone with a logistics, shipping coordination, freight documentation, and inventory control background.
