Responsibilities
As a Sr. Engineer O365 Collaboration is responsible for service operations and support for all managed services through central console like, Exchange online, Azure Active Directory, On-Prem AD, AzureAD connect/ADFS, DLP, Litigation hold, MFA, Conditional access policies, Intune, MAM/MDM, Endpoint management, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.
Required Skillsets
Strong 8-10 years of experience providing technical hands-on deployment role in large enterprise projects/programs like, Conditional access policy, MFA deployment, etc.
Responsible for change and incident management following KPI/SLA for O365 collaboration services
Undertake creation of ad-doc or regular service reports generation as required. (License usage, Inactive users, separated users, etc)
Strong knowledge and troubleshooting experience required on Exchange online, Licensing, Azure AD, AD Connect, On-Prem AD.
Strong knowledge of MS Teams, SharePoint sites configuration & troubleshooting.
Proactively undertake awareness, technical readiness training and upskilling to ensure continued capabilities of O365 and associated services.
Understand IT roadmap and provide execution strategy for manage services effectively using existing solution or propose new solution.
