    Description

    10+ Years of Experience

    Must Have Technical Skills
    Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
    Typically requires 5+ years of experience.
    Proven experience as Server Administrator
    Primary expertise in tools like Workforce one. Secondary skillset would be JAMF
    Proficient in Server configuration and scripting
    Knowledge of Workspace One, Tanium, Jamf and other server access & security profile configuration
    Extensive experience with MacOS Servers & Knowledge of Server Virtualization
    Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Manage Mac Server administration tasks and maintain servers up to date in compliance
    with Security Controls and compliance Hands on managing MacOS Servers and their patching schedules
    in a Data Center Environment
    Expertise in Workforce One or JAMF
    Solid understanding of Server Administration concepts
    Must be familiar with MacOS Server Scripting and automation of software patch installations
    nd security software updates
    Collaborating with the MacSupport Team to understand Server Management plan in a DC
    Ensuring Servers are running up to security software and OS
    Solid knowledge of DHCP, Server IP Configuration and ability to resolve Network
    Identification/IP conflicts
    Knowledge of Managed OS and Software packaging and installation
