## What Youll Do
- Operate automation equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect components and finished goods using precision tools (calipers, height gauges, torque testers, etc.).
- Record inspection and testing data to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare materials and components for automated production processes.
- Perform equipment adjustments, repairs, and changeovers as needed.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment or product issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety procedures and company policies.
## Requirements
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience operating machinery.
- Hands-on experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, torque testers, etc.).
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures.
- Basic math skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to train and support others.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work around machinery for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
### Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with automation equipment.
