About the RoleAn STA Jets Maintenance Controller will coordinate with Operations, Flight Crews, and the Director of Maintenance to maintain the flight schedule and ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with procedures outlined in the STA Jets General Operations Manual and General Maintenance Manual.ResponsibilitiesAct as primary point of contact for all mechanical discrepancies that may affect the daily operation of all company aircraft.Communicate directly with Operations, Flight Crews, and STA Jets Maintenance to determine if discrepancies are eligible for deferral utilizing the approved MEL/NEF guidelines.Coordinate with STA Jets Maintenance and contract maintenance vendors to work aircraft discrepancies and planned maintenance events, ensuring the best course of action to return aircraft to service with minimal downtime.Schedule and forecast routine maintenance events using CAMP (computer‑based maintenance tracking software).Make recommendations for corrective action of discrepancies based on aircraft service history analysis, applicable maintenance manual guidance, and operator experience.Promote teamwork by cooperating with all co‑workers.Promote an environment of safety.Participate in rotating on‑call coverage.QualificationsFAA Airframe and Powerplant license required.CompensationSalary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 Annually.#J-18808-Ljbffr
